With the increased workload people have and negativity within the buisness I find it harder and harder to get anything done. I am a really hard worker usually and can honestly say that while working from home Dell has had its pound of flesh from me and more but the last few months with all the extra workload and now RTO office news I cant seem to go more than 20 mins before I zone out and my concentration goes elsewhere. I have lost all motivation in my work for Dell and am hoping for a WFR. Just an honest question to see how people feel.

I found myself retiring from IT and I now have a job close to my home 7 miles to work each day with good benefits. Yes I could have only done this by paying off all debt including our home with the funds from the severance as well as some of my 401K money. The pay delta is big with much lower pay however we do not need big income at this time. Health insurance coverage was the reason I went back to work at this time job market in Tech is tough now for older techs that do not know the latest skills. Rather then re-certify and re-tool I decided to slow down my life. Sometimes you have to realize your time is up for the fast paced high tech world.
